We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the city center and the beautiful Lake Gregory. The staff, especially Duminda and Punyadasa, provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a cozy and old English charm, and the view from the bar was breathtaking. The food was delicious, with a menu offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my business trip, I had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and bright, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. Celebrating New Year’s Eve was fun! There were decorations and drinks. Key locations were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. We enjoyed the mountain views from our room and the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace.
The room was not clean, it smelled moldy and musty. The bathroom looked outdated, and there were no toiletries.
